Welcome to Chawla Shine. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Business Identity

“Chawla Shine” is a registered sole proprietorship owned by Muni Chawla. We manufacture and trade in cleaning utilities, including but not limited to brooms, scrubbers, floor wipers, brushes, and dusters.

2. Product Accuracy

We strive for “Absolute Brilliance” in our descriptions. However, due to the nature of manufacturing, slight variations in color, dimensions, or bristle texture may occur. Images on our website or catalog are for illustrative purposes.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

• For bulk orders or B2B transactions in Lucknow and beyond, GST and shipping charges will be applied as per the final invoice.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on raw material costs, though confirmed orders will always be honored at the booked price.

4. Delivery and Action

True to our Aries spirit, we aim for fast action.

• Local deliveries within Lucknow are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

• For outstation orders, delivery timelines depend on our logistics partners. Chawla Shine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or extreme weather.

5. Returns and Replacements

We take pride in our quality.

• If a product is received in a damaged condition, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

• Used items (brooms, scrubbers, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chawla Shine provides high-quality tools. We are not liable for any damages to surfaces (floors, tiles, etc.) resulting from improper use of our products or the use of harsh chemicals alongside our tools.

7. Intellectual Property

The name “Chawla Shine,” the logo, and all brand-related content are the intellectual property of Muni Chawla. Any unauthorized use of our branding for similar products is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of your association with Chawla Shine shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
